摘要：

益生菌是一类被证实对人或动物有益的菌,也被称作人或动物的微生态调节剂,其生理作用广泛,具有潜在的应用价值和重要的理论意义。目前,益生菌被广泛应用于各领域中,在保障人畜健康或防治某些疾病方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。经过不断的开发和探索,越来越多的益生菌产品以乳制品、膳食补充剂、发酵及酶制剂或其他生物制剂的形式相继问世,全球益生菌产业正以每年15%～20%的速度增长。益生菌的临床应用也越发广泛,尤其是在抑菌、治疗肠道疾病、新生儿疾病及免疫性疾病方面,同时在降血压、降血脂、抗衰老、抗肿瘤和中枢神经系统疾病等方面体现出良好的效果。本文探讨了益生菌的分类及其在食品、药品、医疗业、畜牧业、农业和种植业中的应用,并对其今后进一步的开发利用进行展望。
