摘要：

通过分析由供给侧、输配侧、需求侧和缓冲侧耦合而成的分布式热电联产系统影响边界,明确了系统优化问题的复杂性,提出了由结构优化、设计优化和运行优化所构成的系统优化的层次型框架体系,确立了系统优化的基本思路。根据所提出的层次型优化结构,综合考虑多种优化理论和方法,提出了分布式热电联产系统优化决策过程的通用模式,从而为实际系统的优化规划与设计提供理论参考。
