网络空间治理的学术研究视角及评述

摘要：

网络空间治理是国内外学术研究热点,但鉴于网络空间治理的复杂性,相关研究均是从不同学科角度进行切入,涉及内容复杂,且所用研究方法与解释理论差异显著。为更好地推进网络空间治理学术研究,有必要对现有研究进行系统梳理,并在此基础上,对其研究脉络、重心以及内容进行评述,从而找到研究存在的不足与问题,并以其作为未来研究的发力点。总体而言,现有网络空间治理研究主要内容包括:对"互联网治理"与"网络空间治理"概念、内涵及其内在逻辑关联的研究;对网络空间治理机制的研究;对治理背后各方力量及其格局的分析;以及对未来治理发展方向的探讨。目前研究的不足体现为:对于"网络空间治理"及其核心概念的界定仍缺乏共识;对网络空间治理机制的研究还存在诸多空白;尤其是相关研究以西方为主导,缺乏发展中国家视角。
