摘要：

<正>人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）是一种小DNA病毒,对人体皮肤、黏膜有特异性感染能力,HPV感染是宫颈癌发生的确定性病因之一。全球64%91%的阴道肿瘤、40%50%的阴茎癌及88%94%的肛门癌与HPV感染有关。据测算,宫颈癌的疾病负担以每年2%的速度上升[1]。在中国,女性的HPV感染率在8%23%之间[2-6]。2006年HPV疫苗在全球上市,
