PICC置管肿瘤患者自我护理水平及相关因素分析

摘要：

<正>在经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)留置过程中会伴随一些并发症的发生,国内外有研究报道肿瘤患者PICC并发症的发生率为15.9%～40.7%,给患者增加了痛苦及经济负担。本研究对安徽省某三甲医院2008年11月至2009年6月在肿瘤科住院行PICC置管化疗的102例患者,通过调查研究,探讨和分析PICC置管肿瘤患者自我护理能力水平及其影响因素,为制定护理干预措施提供依据,现报道如下。
