联盟能力对联盟绩效的影响机理研究——以联盟网络构型为中介变量

摘要：

通过文献回顾与理论分析,构建了联盟能力、联盟网络构型和联盟绩效之间的理论模型,并基于195家高新技术企业的问卷调查数据进行实证研究.研究发现,企业联盟能力对其联盟网络关系质量以及其占据联盟网络的中心性位置具有显著的正向影响;联盟网络关系质量以及占据联盟网络的中心性位置对企业联盟绩效都有显著的正向影响;企业联盟能力通过影响其联盟网络构型来对联盟绩效产生显著的间接影响.
