摘要：

呼吸道病毒是诱发支气管哮喘(哮喘)急性发作的一个重要原因。病毒感染对气道上皮细胞的损伤有可能参与了哮喘气道重构的过程。本文对病毒感染气道上皮细胞诱生的哮喘相关炎前细胞因子、气道纤维化生长因子,及其它们在气道重构发生发展中的作用作一综述,并探讨了基质金属蛋白酶在其间的作用地位。
