<正>非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)日渐成为全球性肝病主要原因之一,尤其是抗病毒药物问世后,北美洲非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)相关失代偿肝硬化肝移植率已超越丙型肝炎。目前很多NAFLD临床队列研究均证实纤维化程度与患者肝病相关事件及肝外事件死亡等预后相关,且是决定患者预后及肝移植
