超声在类风湿性关节炎诊治中的应用进展

摘要：

超声能准确反映类风湿性关节炎患者关节腔积液、滑膜厚度、滑膜内血流信号、软骨、骨质等情况,相对于其他影像学检查,具有较高特异性及敏感性,且费用低廉,可广泛运用于协助类风湿性关节炎诊断及治疗后的疗效评估,指导临床方案制定。本文就超声在类风湿性关节炎诊治中的作用做一综述。
