摘要：

<正> 罗马Ⅲ报告中将功能性消化不良(FD)定义为:在缺乏能解释症状的器质性、系统性或代谢性疾病证据的情况下,起源于胃、十二指肠区域的消化不良症状表现,包括餐后饱胀感、早饱、上腹痛或烧灼感等。依据不同的病理生理学基础和患者的主要症状,将FD分为餐后不适综合征(PDS)及上腹痛综合征(EPS)两类亚型。在两类亚型之间缺乏稳定性,有很大的重叠性,FD的诊断在临床实际应用中有一定困难。FD治疗目的在于去除诱因,迅速缓解症状,恢复正常生理功能,提高患者生活质量,预防复发。治疗策略主要依据其可能存在的病理生理学异常进行整体调节,选择个体化的综合治疗方案。
