摘要：

<正> 小肝癌的生物特性研究越来越引起人们的浓厚兴趣和关注。我们选择15例瘤体直径≤3厘米小肝癌进行了超微结构形态学的研究。并着重讨论小肝细胞癌癌细胞及癌周肝细胞的变化;淋巴细胞与癌细胞的关系;癌细胞的超微结构与手术的疗效和预后的关系。
