通阳复脉、益气活血中药改善病态窦房结综合征患者症状及心功能的临床观察

Objective:To observe the improvement of clinical symptom and heart function of patients with sick sinus syndrome by Chinese herbal medicine.Method:100 patients with sick sinus syndrome were randomly divided into treat group and control group.The patients in treat group were given Chinese herbal medicine per oral while those in control group were given atropine per oral.The treatment course of both groups were all 4 weeks.Result: the improvement of clinical symptom and heart function in treat group were significantly different from the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: The Chinese herbal medicine is effective in treating sick sinus syndrome by improving the patients' clinical symptom and heart function.
