摘要：

后发优势这种源于落后本身的特殊优势,只是一种潜在优势,需要在一定的条件下才能转化为现实。而每一次技术革命都为后发经济体实现赶超提供了良好契机。正是基于这种契合点,本文试图从后发优势理论出发,探寻新一轮技术革命条件下,我国应当如何抓住机遇获得后发优势,实现跨越式发展。
