胃癌中上皮-间质转化路径及相关因子的研究进展

摘要
上皮-间质转化(epithelial-mesenchymal transitions,EMT)与胃癌的侵袭和转移密切相关,涉及多个信号通路及复杂的分子机制,同时幽门螺旋杆菌、miRNAs及胃癌干细胞在胃癌EMT过程中也发挥重要作用。探讨胃癌细胞EMT的发生机制,寻找胃癌侵袭和转移可能的靶点,将有助于提高胃癌患者的生存率,为临床治疗提供新的理论依据。
