随着卒中死亡率的下降和人口预期寿命的延长 ,缺血性卒中复发的危险、复发后残疾和死亡的发生率也随之增加 ,这种状况已日益引起人们的关注。对此 ,文章就近年来复发性缺血性卒中的流行病学、危险因素、预防及教育等方面的研究进展做了综述
