乳腺癌化疗患者症状困扰与应对方式、社会支持的相关性分析

摘要：

目的:调查乳腺癌化疗患者症状困扰情况,并探讨其与社会支持、应对方式的相关性。方法:采用方便抽样的方式选取2017年6～12月于某三级甲等医院化疗的乳腺癌患者为研究对象。采用安德森症状评估量表、医学应对问卷、社会支持量表对乳腺癌化疗患者进行评测,并采用Spearman秩相关分析探讨三者的相关性。结果:共纳入符合研究标准的乳腺癌化疗患者133例,均为女性,症状困扰发生率达100%,症状严重度总均分为(4. 53±1. 80)分,困扰严重度总均分为(4. 55±2. 22)分;应对方式中的面对得分低于国内常模(P <0. 01),回避、屈服得分高于国内常模(P <0. 01),且回避、屈服与症状严重度及受困扰程度呈正相关(P <0. 01);社会支持总分及各维度得分均低于国内常模(P <0. 01);其中社会支持及主观支持分别与症状严重度及受困扰程度呈正相关(P <0. 01)。结论:乳腺癌化疗患者症状困扰普遍存在且负担较重,临床护理中应重视睡眠、疲乏及情绪问题对患者生活的影响,鼓励患者采用积极面对的方式,树立信心,主动寻求支持,促进问题的解决。
