脑能量代谢调节机制研究新进展

摘要
脑能量代谢障碍可导致脑病,脑病也可以导致脑能量代谢障碍。通过综述脑能量代谢的特点,脑能量代谢的自身调节及应激条件下的调节机制,脑能量代谢的5’-磷酸腺苷激活的蛋白激酶(AMPK)信号通路、胰岛素介导的信号通路、胰高血糖素介导的信号通路,脑能量代谢障碍与脑缺血再灌注和神经退行性变疾病的关系,以及脑能量代谢的体内外研究方法等,指出深入研究脑能量代谢及其调节机制,将对揭示脑病发病机理和提高疗效,研究中药治疗脑病的能量代谢环节等具有重要意义。
