单纯臭氧及联合其他微创疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的研究进展

摘要：

腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar disc herniation,LDH)是腰腿痛最常见的原因,由于传统的外科治疗创伤大、并发症发生率相对较高且机体恢复慢等缺点,目前患者多首选微创治疗。臭氧经过10余年的临床应用已成为腰椎间盘突出症的重要微创治疗方法,但单纯臭氧治疗的适应证较局限、总体疗效较其它介入微创疗法偏低。近来有学者将臭氧与其它介入微创疗法联合以提高临床疗效,为此作者综述了单纯臭氧及联合其他微创疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的研究进展。
