脑钠素与心力衰竭的诊断、治疗及预后的研究进展

摘要
经过近二十年的研究 ,脑钠素在基础医学领域已经取得了很大进展 ,其临床应用价值近年来也倍受瞩目。脑钠素可用于心力衰竭的诊断、治疗及预后评估 ,明确鉴别心原性和肺原性哮喘 ,评价急性心肌梗死后的心功能 ,指导临床医师正确、有效地治疗心力衰竭 ,更为重要的是 ,为早期诊断及早期治疗无症状性心力衰竭、降低心力衰竭患者的病死率提供理论依据。本文就脑钠素的基本理论及其在心血管疾病领域的临床应用做一综述。
