<正>据联合国预测到2050年中国60岁以上的老年人口数量将超过4.5亿。"老有所为"是中国老龄政策重要目标之一,在6个老有政策目标中,"老有所为"是其中的一个。过去的30年中,"生产性老龄化"在老年学研究中方兴未衰,是当前老年学的关键概念。中国学者认为西方背景下的"生产性老龄化"概念等同于中国所提倡的"老有所为",在中国语境下两者可以互换。本文回顾近期有关老年人"生产性"的实证研究,以希望
