国外科技园区建立于上世纪50年代晚期,主要以大学为基础并与大学不断互动。文章对国外学者关于科技园区的定义及特征、科技园区的发展与地域特色、科技园区发展的决定因素与政策及科技园区的贡献诸方面的研究成果进行梳理。
