国际质量标准认证对制造企业创新的影响研究

摘要：

基于世界银行提供的关于中国制造企业营商环境的调查数据,本文检验了国际质量标准认证对企业创新的影响及调节机制.结果表明,国际质量标准认证有助于推动企业探索式创新和开发式创新.进一步研究还发现,企业规模和政府管制会调节国际质量标准认证对企业创新的影响,即企业规模显著地弱化了国际质量标准认证对企业整体创新和开发式创新的积极影响,但并未显著弱化国际质量标准认证对探索式创新的积极影响.不过,政府规制则显著地弱化了国际质量标准认证对企业整体创新、探索式创新和开发式创新的影响.
