早期跑台训练在改善颅脑外伤大鼠认知功能中的应用

摘要
目的:观察早期运动对中重度颅脑外伤(TBI)大鼠认知功能的影响。方法:成年雄性SD大鼠30只,随机分为运动组、对照组和假手术组。制作中重度控制性皮质损伤(CCI)颅脑外伤模型,运动组大鼠在术后1天进行电动跑台运动训练,30min/d,1次/d,为期2周,训练结束后休息1周;术后第21—25天行Morris水迷宫(MWM)检查,评估大鼠认知功能的变化;术后第26天行Western blot检查海马区脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)表达。结果:运动组术后第21—24天平台搜索的潜伏期较对照组缩短,术后第25天颅脑外伤后运动组的象限游泳路程占总路程的百分值(29.1±0.02)大于对照组(23.10±0.02)(P<0.05);运动组和对照组大鼠损伤对侧皮质内BDNF蛋白表达分别为(0.94±0.10)和(0.65±0.03),表明运动上调损伤对侧的海马区BDNF的表达。结论:早期进行适宜强度的运动训练治疗能改善颅脑外伤大鼠认知功能和上调海马BDNF的表达。
