<正>棉子种仁蛋白是一种优质蛋白,其蛋白质中赖氨酸含量约占氨基酸组成的6%,是很有开发潜力的蛋白质资源;棉子油富含亚油酸(40%~43%)和油酸(23%~33%),维生素E含量(600~900μg·g-1)是花生油的2~3倍,是一种高质量食用油。提高棉子蛋白质、油分含量应列为棉花品质与育种的目标。据报道:棉籽蛋白质和脂肪主要受显性基因控制,通过品种改良能提高种子品质。文章分析了山东主产棉区18个试验点3个棉花品种粗蛋白、粗脂肪含量的差异及表现,为棉花品种改良和品种区划提供依据。
