摘要
以国外探讨虚拟社区知识分享行为影响因素的相关文献为研究对象,从基础理论、研究框架和主要影响因素三个层面对已有研究成果进行梳理,对社会资本理论和社会认知理论指导下的个人维度因素与环境维度因素进行剖析,并对个别关键因素进行解读。在此基础上,从基础理论、研究框架和影响因素三个层面总结目前研究中存在的不足以及未来值得关注的方向。
