TCI在我国的有效性验证:研发团队创新氛围的测度

摘要
团队氛围量表(TCI)是测量团队创新氛围的多维度量表。采用来自31个研发团队的208个样本,验证了TCI在中国的有效性。对搜集到的有效样本数据进行了rwg(j)值和α值的计算以及探索性因子分析和各维度间的相关分析,结果表明,团队成员间的内部一致性较高,TCI在我国具有较好的信度和结构效度,团队创新氛围各维度之间显著相关,且团队创新氛围各维度与团队自评的创新绩效之间也显著相关。与TCI在英国的研究结果相比,TCI在我国是测度团队创新氛围的有效工具。
