非甾体消炎药在风湿病中的应用

摘要：

非甾体消炎药是指一大类具有镇痛、消炎、解热作用的非类固醇药物,在风湿病的治疗中占有重要地位。这类药物虽然不能根本改变风湿病本身的性质和进程,但可减轻或控制由风湿病炎症引起关节、软组织的疼痛、肿胀、积液等症状和体征。本文就该类药物的分类、使用方法、药物安全性及应用注意事项予以综述。
