摘要：

在对外商直接投资(FDI)与国际贸易之间关系进行理论回顾的基础上,借鉴新古典贸易理论中的特定要素模型的分析方法,对外商直接投资国际贸易的影响进行分析,并得出结论:在顺差部门,FDI与国际贸易呈互补关系,逆差部门两者呈替代关系。文中还就FDI对制造业产品出口的影响进行了实证检验,并根据检验结果,提出了相关建议。
