China's Marxism theory study has gone through a special process since the establishment of new China. The process can roughly be divided into two periods and four stages according to study subjects,study methods and overall evaluation. And China's Marxism theory study also has made splendid achievements as follow aspects:in study of theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,in study of the popularization of Marxism in contemporary China,in study of the research team building of Marxism theory ,in study of international Marxism academic exchanges,etc. It is a truth repeatedly borne out by history that China needs Marxism,the magnificent undertaking of socialism with Chinese characteristics needs the popularization of Marxism in contemporary China.
