摘要：

神经根型颈椎病引起颈痛及神经症状,影响着患者们的生活质量,是颈椎病各型中发病率最高、临床最常见的一种,中医将其归属于"痹症"。然而大多数中医传统疗法的安全性和有效性未经过国际公认的标准进行评价,获得的证据也难以应用于国际主流的循证理念。本篇综述针对神经根型颈椎病,将有关颈痛的一些国际公认的信息进行汇总,包括颈痛的定义、分类以及现有的评定手段,通过综合性评述,提出适用于中医药临床科研的评价方法。
