As one of the major subsidizers for new industries, the venturecapital has greatly promoted technological innovation in the UnitedStates. With a view to countering erroneous understanding of theventure capital, this article discusses its Operational mechanismfrom the angle of its operational style, impact ontechnological innovation and risk evasion in the light of the realityin the United States.
