经直肠超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检术并发症研究进展

摘要：

经直肠超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检术(transrectal ultrasound-guided prostate biopsy,TRUS-Bx)现已成为检测及管理前列腺癌的主要手段,是诊断前列腺癌的"金标准"。前列腺活检的益处和风险可能与存在争议的有关前列腺癌的筛查和治疗密切相关。前列腺活检术给临床诊断及治疗带来方便的同时,也不可避免地给患者带来了一系列并发症。主要包括血尿、直肠出血、血精、感染、疼痛、下尿路症候群(lower urinary tract symptoms,LUTS)、勃起功能障碍(erectile dysfunction,ED)、尿潴留及死亡。近些年,随着国内外研究的深入,也相继提出了针对每种并发症的预防及治疗措施。本文就经直肠超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检术后并发症及其预防与治疗进展作一探讨。
