摘要：

目的:分析华东医院心内科老年患者跌倒事件发生的根本原因,为今后制定针对性防范措施提供依据。方法:采用根源分析法(root cause analysis,RCA)对2016年1—12月华东医院心内科发生的12例跌倒事件进行深入分析。收集跌倒发生的相关内容,并对病房护士进行小组焦点访谈。结果:跌倒根本原因包括患者因素、环境因素及社会因素3个方面,患者因素分为个人生理因素及行为因素;环境因素根据跌倒发生地点总结为床旁、卫生间及病房走廊;社会因素为主要照顾者及跌倒发生的时间特征。结论:通过RCA法分析心内科老年患者跌倒的根本原因,有利于识别跌倒的高危风险因素,减少患者不良结局的发生,提高护理安全性。
