<正>阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)是老年痴呆最常见病因。临床以老年斑(senile plaques,SP)和神经纤维缠结(neurofibrillary tangles,NFTs)为特征,其病理变化以细胞外β淀粉样蛋白(β-amyloid,Aβ)沉积导致SP的形成及细胞内自我聚集的高度磷酸
