摘要
配体指数级富集系统进化技术(SELEX)是一种新型的体外筛选技术,其筛选的核酸配基具有靶分子范围广、亲和力和特异性高、稳定性好、制备方便等优点。适配子的功能类似于抗体但明显优于抗体,预测在临床治疗和药物开发等方面具有广泛的应用前景。
