上皮性卵巢癌中Maspin、p27表达的相关性及意义

目的:检测上皮性卵巢癌组织中Maspin mRNA、p27mRNA的表达,探讨其作用机制及临床意义。方法:采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应技术(RT-PCR)检测31例人上皮性卵巢癌、28例卵巢良性肿瘤及10例正常卵巢组织中Maspin mRNA、p27mRNA的表达,并分析它们的相关性及其与上皮性卵巢癌患者手术-病理分期的关系。结果:Maspin mRNA和p27mRNA在上皮性卵巢癌组织中分别为0.661±0.104和0.695±0.136,与卵巢良性肿瘤(0.772±0.114和0.783±0.111)及正常卵巢组织(1.108±0.191和0.998±0.135)相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),两者在Ⅰ、Ⅱ期上皮性卵巢癌中的表达水平明显高于Ⅲ、Ⅳ期。在上皮性卵巢癌组织中Maspin mRNA和p27mRNA的表达呈显著正相关(r=0.806,P<0.001)。结论:Maspin mRNA的表达降低可能与上皮性卵巢癌的发生、发展和转移有关。Maspin在上皮性卵巢癌的发生、发展中的作用机制可能与p27有关。
