静脉营养对机体免疫功能及胃癌细胞动力学的作用

摘要：

15例进展期胃癌患者于术前接受肠外营养支持.并于PNS前后分别通过胃镜及术中取正常胃粘模和胃癌组织.经FCM分析细胞周期各时相百分率的变化。同期作免疫功能测定:结果发现,PNS后,胃癌细胞的G0/G1%显著下降（P<0.01）,S—G2—M%则明显增加（P<0.025）。正常胃粘膜细胞无类似的变化。此外,PNS后自然杀伤细胞（NKC）活性有所增加,但以CD～+4的增加最为显著（P<0.05）。提示:术前PNS有助于改善胃癌患者的免疫力,同时亦可能刺激肿瘤细胞增殖。因而,为在增殖期应用化疗提供了可行性。
