摘要：

该文从我国医患关系的现状出发,深层次探讨和分析医患关系紧张的原因有社会卫生保障制度的变革、社会法制的不健全、医院内部服务的不完善、医患沟通不良、新闻媒体介入的负面作用、患者及家属对医疗的期望值与现实的差异、医患双方的诚信缺失等,试图寻找改善对策的内在需求。
