摘要
我国现在有超过2000万的缺血性心脏病患者,且以每年100万新增数量的速度增加着,该病已成为威胁人类生命安全的第一杀手,患者一旦经历手术、创伤刺激常常会加重缺血心肌细胞的损伤。Notch信号通路是一类参与体内多种细胞发育进程调控的具有高度保守特点的细胞表面受体,与心肌细胞的生长、增殖、凋亡过程和心血管系统的发生发育、病理生理过程有着一定的联系,目前关于细胞信号转导通路进行靶向修复心肌损伤作用的报道较少。细胞凋亡是自身调控的用以维持机体内环境稳态而进行的编程性死亡的过程,这一过程和Notch及其下游效应物密切相关,Notch信号通路的活化能抑制细胞凋亡,对机体起到保护作用。本文通过探讨Notch信号通路在激活状态下对损伤心肌细胞的凋亡进行调控和修复过程的机制,寻求可以干预该机制的中心环节靶点,为开发心肌保护相关的治疗药物的研制提供可靠依据。
