惊恐发作病因及诊治

摘要：

发作性精神障碍是一类临床上常见,以发作性为特征的精神疾病,包括惊恐发作、急性妄想发作、爆发性人格障碍等,其中惊恐发作的终生患病率为1.5%2%,其病因和发病机制复杂,临床上表现为反复出现强烈濒死感和（或）失控感以及严重的自主神经症状,但间歇期正常,给患者生活带来了巨大的负面影响。癫痫和惊恐障碍均是发作性疾病,且癫痫发作时也可以出现精神症状,需与惊恐发作进行鉴别。
