中国老年人与收入相关的健康不平等及其分解——以北京市为例

利用北京市2015年"第四次中国城乡老年人生活状况抽样调查"数据,基于Wagstaff等提出的方法,将序数性质的自评健康转化为基数性质的健康不良指数;进而探讨我国老年人与其收入相关的健康不平等水平及其影响因素。实证结果显示,我国老年人当中存在偏富人的健康不平等(高收入者拥有更好的健康水平),健康不平等的集中指数为-7.09%;其中,是否有养老存款、收入、教育等社会经济指标对加大健康不平等起到了重要作用,贡献率分别为26.4%、25.4%、16.0%;而老年人的孤独感、城乡差别和住房条件也对老年人的健康不平等造成重要影响。
