摘要
<正>自然流产是妊娠期常见并发症,发病率占全部妊娠的15%左右,多数为早期流产[1]。自然流产作为突发的应激事件,患者由于失去胎儿,面临生理、心理及社会多方面的改变,容易出现负面情绪反应及心理问题。研究[2]显示,约50%的自然流产患者会出现心理问题,40%在流产后表现出悲伤,20%~55%的患者表现为抑郁程度升高,20%~40%表现出焦
