摘要：
The motive force of the development of information industry is bred in information demand and is in a contradictory movement between information demand and information supply,whereas information demand focuses on the demand for decision making for competitive dominance.Thus,the demand of information industry is actually driven by decision making demand.The paper points out that the key for the development of China's information industry is the cultivation of the decision making people.
