摘要：

介绍一个基于运筹学模型技术的集成生产计划优化模型以克服原 MRPII模型的不足 .该模型覆盖了企业内部供应链的主要部分 ,对企业的产品组合、工艺负荷平衡、库存管理、资源限制、外协加工等进行优化 .该模型可代替传统 MRP II系统中的 MPS、MRP和 FCS模块 ,成为企业计划决策支持系统的核心部分 .
