月经期癫痫的发病机制及治疗研究进展

<正>月经期癫痫是指在月经周期某一时期痫性发作频率增加或程度恶化,通常发作频率增加2倍或以上,多发生在月经期前后,发病机制涉及多方面的神经内分泌变化。由于对月经期癫痫的定义尚未统一,既往统计的发病率差异较大,约有31%60%的女性癫痫患者受月经期癫痫的影响。根据发病时间与月经周期的关系,Herzog等将月经期癫痫分为3种
