摘要：

西洋参系五加科人参属植物,具有广泛的生物活性和独特的药理作用,西洋参多糖在免疫调节、抗肿瘤等方面起到重要作用。本文综述西洋参多糖的提取、分离纯化、结构鉴定及其生物活性等方面的研究进展,讨论目前研究中存在的问题,并对其发展前景进行展望。
