老年骨质疏松患者骨折与骨代谢标志物的相关性研究

摘要：

目的:通过检测老年骨质疏松患者骨折后骨代谢标志物,研究骨代谢标志物与老年骨折发生的相关性。方法:对78例老年骨质疏松合并骨折患者和69例骨质疏松未合并骨折患者进行血清骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(B-ALP),骨钙素(BGP),Ⅰ型前胶原N端前肽(PINP),抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TRACP)5b及尿液中吡啶啉(PYD),Ⅰ型胶原C端肽(CTX)的活性测定。结果:骨折组与对照组B-ALP,BGP,PINP,TRACP5b,PYD,CTX比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),骨质疏松患者骨密度与B-ALP,BGP,PINP,TRACP5b,PYD,CTX得分均呈负相关(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:老年骨质疏松性患者发生骨折与骨代谢标志物具有负相关性,可为临床治疗骨质疏松性骨折以及减少骨折复发性提供理论依据。
