变革型领导的理论与研究述评

摘要
变革型领导理论是最近20多年来西方领导理论研究的热点问题,并已成为领导学研究的新范式。首先简要介绍了变革型领导的概念及结构;然后从相关工作态度、工作绩效及行为等方面分析了变革型领导的作用效果及机制;接下来总结了变革型领导行为的影响因素及干预措施;最后,指出该理论仍有待于进一步探索和研究的方面。
