摘要：

种植体周围炎是造成种植体周围骨组织丧失、种植体松动和脱落的常见原因,是导致种植修复失败的重要因素。其常见的病因包括不良冠修复、细菌感染、吸烟、干扰等,并受邻牙牙周状况、手术技术、骨的质量及全身健康状况的影响。本文就种植体周围炎的防治概况及研究进展进行综述。
