<正> 帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease,PD)是一种常见的老年期神经系统变性疾病,主要表现为静止性震颤、肌强直、运动迟缓和姿势平衡障碍。除运动症状外,有相当多的患者出现情感障碍,其中抑郁被认为是最常见的神经精神症状。近年有文献报道,抑郁症状在PD早期即出现,甚至先于运动症状,并严重影响PD患者的生活质量。重视PD患者伴发的抑郁症状,及早认识、预防和治疗抑郁,应成为当前PD诊治工作的重点之一。
